Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding as required. Participate in activities with patients, promoting their overall well-being. Conduct clinical observation duties, such as monitoring body temperature and administering medication. Follow policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues. Requirements: Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
