Be a part of it.We are currently looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated team at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.This is a fixed term 6 month contract to cover Maternity Leave from 01.09.2026 - 28.02.2027.At Tupwood Gate Nursing Home, you will be working 44 hours per week, covering a mix of day shifts, night shifts and weekend work.Your day-to-day Co-ordinate, assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care programmesMedication Management, Wound Management, End of Life Care, Working with eternal agencies such as GPs, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Tissues Viability NursesEnsure that the requirements of the patient care are met in a timely mannerReport any ill health amongst patients and make requests for professional visits where necessaryEnsure that individual risk assessments, care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with patient, relatives, other healthcare professionals and in accordance with NMC guidelinesParticipate in the planning, delivery and evaluation of specific therapeutic interventionsWhy Cygnet?
