Your new role Our client is looking for an RGN Home Manager on a temp contract, while they are looking for a long-term appointment (Note: If you are a strong candidate looking for a long-term perm appointment, please as advise as we may be able to put you forward).In this role you will support the Registered Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home. You''ll lead the nursing team, provide clinical guidance, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based care. This role blends clinical leadership with operational management, including compliance oversight, staff development, and quality assurance.
