This is an exciting opportunity to add real value to patients within an acute hospital setting working Adhoc shifts opportunities across a 7 day week. This is an excellent opportunity for an NMC-registered nurse to work in a patient-focused environment, delivering high-quality care while contributing to positive patient outcomes and experiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care in line with individual patient care plans and clinical protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, recognising deterioration and escalating concerns appropriately. Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with the NMC Code and organisational policies. Assess patient needs, develop and review care plans, and ensure appropriate interventions are delivered. Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive patient records and clinical documentation. Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate outstanding patient care. Ensure compliance with clinical governance, patient safety and quality standards. Identify, manage and escalate clinical risks, incidents and safeguarding concerns in line with policies and procedures.
