Registered Domiciliary Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and commercially minded Registered Manager to join an established team with strong foundations already in place.You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring exceptional care delivery, regulatory compliance and sustainable business growth. You will lead a supportive team and provide a positive working culture and work closely with senior management to drive the next phase of development.Responsibilities:Holding full operational responsibility for the performance, profitability and care delivery of the branch.Creating an open and accountable culture where staff feel heard, supported and valued.Driving growth within a predominantly private-pay market through local networking and relationship building.Ensuring transparent communication across office and field teams to strengthen morale and operational consistency.Developing referral pathways and building relationships with community stakeholders, healthcare professionals and local organisations.Overseeing care planning to ensure safe, person-centred support and premium service delivery.Managing complaints and safeguarding matters with professionalism and empathy.Ensuring full regulatory compliance including audits, governance and CQC standards.Maintaining commercial oversight of budgets and service efficiency.Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience as a CQC Registered Manager within domiciliary careStrong understanding of CQC regulations, quality ..... full job details .....
