All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.- £40-50K per annum Registered Manager Domiciliary Care Location: Cheltenham | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent An experienced leader in domiciliary care is required to oversee the daily operations of a busy homecare service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for older adults in the Cheltenham.

What Youll Be Doing Hold CQC registration and take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the branch Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver care to the highest standards Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and the local community Drive business growth and service development alongside the senior leadership team Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and regulatory requirements Oversee care planning, assessments, and reviews to ensure exceptional client outcomes Recruit, supervise, and retain a skilled and motivated staff team Manage audits, reporting, and monitoring systems to ensure service excellence What Is Required Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards it) Strong management/supervisory experience in domiciliary or homecare services Proven experience in quality assurance and service improvement In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills A full driving licence and access to a vehicle Benefits Paid enhanced DBS check Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing support Workplace pension scheme Exclusive discounts with the Blue Light Card The opportunity to make a real difference every day in the local community The Next Step Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and currently reside here.
