I am looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a person centred domiciliary care service in Coventry. You''ll ensure high standards of care, support your team, and drive service growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team delivering person-centred care

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies

Oversee care assessments, planning, and reviews

Recruit, train, and develop care staff

Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals

Monitor service quality and implement improvements

Participate in the on-call rota as needed

Qualifications

Experience in domiciliary care management

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
