We are urgently recruiting an Experienced Registered Children''s home Manager or a Deputy Manager looking to step up for a reputable Children''s residential home in Wiltshire. Registered Manager Children s Residential Home (EBD) Devizes, Wiltshire Are you an experienced Registered Manager/ Deputy Manager looking to step up for a role where you can truly make a difference? The Role: As Registered Manager, you will take full leadership of a residential home supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Your responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring and developing the team. Overseeing care plans and quality standards. Managing staffing, rotas and budgets. Ensuring Ofsted and regulatory compliance. Carrying out audits and driving service improvement. Working closely with families and professionals. About You: We are looking for someone who has: At least 2 years experience as a Registered Manager within the last 5 years. Experience in an EBD residential setting. Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children s Homes Regulations 2015. Proven leadership experience.
