Description: Job Description: Registered Children''s Manager Location: Hertford,Hertfordshire, UK Type: Permanent Salary: £60,000 per annum We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Children''s Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand new 2 bed children''s home and make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children''s home, ensuring a high standard of care is provided at all times Managing and leading a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed Developing and implementing care plans for each child, ensuring their individual needs are met Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Building and maintaining positive relationships with the children, their families, and external agencies Promoting a safe and nurturing environment for the children, promoting their well-being and development Managing budgets and resources effectively Working closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures Requirements: Ideally a Registered Children''s Manager with a relevant qualification (NVQ Level 5 or above) but will consider a Deputy Manager Experience in a managerial role within a children''s home setting Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures ..... full job details .....
