This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with strong leadership skills and a child-centred approach to make a real impact in a nurturing and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the children s home in line with Ofsted regulations and quality standards.• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children and young people in your care.• Develop and maintain an effective, nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for children with SEMH needs.• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop a dedicated staff team, ensuring high standards of practice.• Work closely with external agencies, including local authorities, education providers, and health professionals.• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, incident reporting, and safeguarding procedures.• Ensure the home maintains compliance with all legislative requirements including Children s Homes Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards.• Drive continuous improvement and ..... full job details .....
