Registered Children s Home Manager Location: Bromyard Salary: £50,000 £55,000 per yearClaire at Amber Mace is recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for an experienced Registered Children s Home Manager to lead a specialist residential children s home in Bromyard. This service supports children and young people who present with challenging behaviours and harmful sexualised behaviours, and therefore requires a strong, experienced leader with a solid understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic approaches. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the home operates to the highest standards while delivering safe, structured, and supportive care. Key Responsibilities Register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.Lead, develop, and support a residential staff team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care.Provide a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for children and young people.Manage and support young people presenting with challenging behaviours and harmful sexualised behaviours.Oversee care planning, behaviour management strategies, and individual risk assessments.Ensure robust safeguarding and child protection practices are embedded within the home.Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.Work closely with social workers, therapists, families, and external agencies to ensure ..... full job details .....
