A2B Social Care has a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children''s Home Manager to provide care and support in a 4-bed EBD home based in Derby DE23.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Children''s Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework.
Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child.
Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance.
Manage recruitment, staff training, and development.
Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted.
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children’s Residential or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years'' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting.
Driving Licence is essential.
Salary:£55,000 - £65,000 negotiable, working full-time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package.
