Role: Children’s Home Registered ManagerLocation:

Pudsey, West YorkshireFull-time | PermanentThe RoleAs Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the home to deliver high standards of care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and/or learning disabilities (LD). This is an exciting opportunity to join a provider that genuinely invests in quality and development.Key Responsibilities and Duties· Full operational management of one, three bedroom home in Pudsey, West Yorkshire· Ensure home is fully compliant with Ofsted and regulatory standards· Lead and develop a strong, child-focused staff team· Oversee person-centred care plans and safeguarding procedures· Maintain effective relationships with external agencies, families, and professionals· Drive continuous quality improvement across the serviceWhat We’re Looking For:· At least 2 years’ experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role in children’s residential care· NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)· Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and quality standards· Confident, resilient leadership style with excellent people skills· Passionate about delivering therapeutic, trauma-informed careAbout UsReconstruct is an independent multi-solution provider for Children and Adult services in the public and private sector.
