Registered Children s Home ManagerLocation: Nottingham NG9Salary: £56,000 per annumBonuses: Up to £7,000 per year (OFSTED and occupancy-related)We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Children s Home Manager to lead a newly opening 3-bed EBD children s home in Nottingham (NG9).This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the full registration and development of a new service, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).About the Home 3-bed EBD children s home New service OFSTED registration required (not yet submitted) Focused on delivering outstanding care, stability, and positive outcomes for young people Key Responsibilities Lead the OFSTED registration process and prepare the home for inspection Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing staff team Ensure compliance with Children s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment Manage occupancy levels and budgets effectively Work closely with external professionals and placing authorities Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD children s home Strong understanding of OFSTED requirements and registration processes Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people What ..... full job details .....
