Registered Manager | Childrens Residential Home Location: Royston, South Yorkshire Salary: £60,000 £70,000 per year performance bonuses Service: 2-bed Childrens Residential Home (EBD) Benefits and Bonuses £250 monthly occupancy bonus (per child) £2,000 bonus for Ofsted Good rating £5,000 bonus for Ofsted Outstanding rating Strong, experienced Responsible Individual (RI) support Career progression as new homes open Established and stable staff team already in place The Role We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a newly registered Childrens Residential Home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) .

This is a unique opportunity: the home is already registered, fully staffed and ready for placements.

You will be able to set the culture, embed therapeutic practice, and establish a safe, nurturing environment from the very beginning.

Key responsibilities include: Full day-to-day management of the childrens home Holding Ofsted registration and ensuring compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards Leading, developing and supporting a staff team, including a Deputy Manager already in post Embedding trauma-informed, therapeutic practice in daily care Overseeing safeguarding, risk management and care planning Building strong relationships with families, social workers and professionals About You We are looking for a confident leader with a strong track record in residential childcare.

You will need: Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a childrens residential home Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance Experience supporting young people with EBD Calm, consistent leadership style with a focus on stability and high standards Full UK manual driving licence Why Join Us?
