What You''ll Be Doing Lead with support from the RI the Ofsted registration process for a new children''s home. Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing staff team. Create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can thrive. Develop policies, procedures and best practice that will become the blueprint for future homes. Work alongside a supportive Deputy Manager to ensure excellent standards and a healthy work-life balance. Build strong relationships with professionals, local authorities and external agencies.
