Daytime Healthcare are working with a great modern Children s Residential Home who are seeking a Registered Manager to join the. You must be an experienced Children s Registered Manager to be considered. The modern EBD Home has 3 Beds for 2 Children. The home is already registered with a good ofsted rating. There is an excellent working environment and great package on offer! As a Registered Manager you ll be responsible for; Ensuring that Ofsted standards are being met Management of the home s budget and expenditure Responsible for Safeguarding and Child protection Develop quality assurance systems Deliver effective leadership to the staff team, that promotes a positive culture of open practice Ensuring the staff rota is effective What we re looking for It is ESSENTIAL that you have experience of being a Registered Manager Experience of working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties You ll demonstrate a sound understanding of Ofsted requirements At least 2 years management experience in a children s residential setting, within the last 5 years. QCF level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management for Social care (Children and Young People) or be willingness to complete this within 1st year of employment Apply ..... full job details .....
