Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take full ownership of a children s home and make a lasting impact?We are currently recruiting for a strong, confident Registered Manager to lead our clients well-established children s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs.This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you will have real autonomy, the ability to shape the culture of the home, and drive positive outcomes for young people.Location: Braintree Salary: £45,000 £62,000 depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeAbout the RoleAs Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the home.
