You will manage day-to-day operations and lead a team that shares your dedication to making a meaningful impact.Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring full compliance with Children s Homes Regulations and Quality StandardsRecruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing, passionate teamProviding effective support for children and young people with EBD and complex needsCreating a therapeutic, child-centred environment that fosters emotional growth and resilienceBuilding strong working relationships with external professionals, families, and regulatory bodiesDriving continuous service improvement and preparing confidently for Ofsted inspectionsWhat We re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you will bring leadership experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of residential childcare.Essential criteria:Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children s homeProven ability to support and manage children with EBD and challenging behavioursLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and care standardsExceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skillsFull UK Driving License preferred travel between Ilford and Bexley is requiredWhats on offer?Competitive salary between
