This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a committed team, maintain high standards of care, and make a lasting difference to the lives of young people. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the children''s home. Ensure the home operates in line with Children''s Homes Regulations 2015 and company policies. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing staff team through supervision, appraisal and ongoing support. Promote positive outcomes for children and young people through high-quality, person-centred care. Work closely with families, professionals and external agencies to ensure effective care planning. Oversee safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory compliance. Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training and performance management. Monitor budgets, records and operational performance.
