      <description>Location: Burnley | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | Children''s Home Manager – Burnley    Salary: £52,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)    Contract: Full-time, permanent    Location: Burnley, Lancashire  New home for up to   five children and young people aged 8–17         Benefits    Competitive salary package (£50,000 - £60,000 based on previous experience)  £3,000 joining bonus: £1,500 upon successful Ofsted registration, £1,500 after 6 months in post  £3,000 retention bonus after 12 months   Continuous professional development and training opportunities. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
