Children''s Home Manager – Burnley

Salary: £52,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Burnley, Lancashire

New home for up to five children and young people aged 8–17

Successful Clients

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
• At least 2 years'' experience in a managerial or deputy role within a children''s residential setting.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and best practice in therapeutic childcare.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
