We are offering: Competitive salary ranging from 32,000 to 36,000 per annum DOE Bonus scheme on parameters being achieved The Role: As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the delivery of care services Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations Managing staff and resources effectively including recruitment of the care team Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Growing the business, putting care first at all times The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have: Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable (or working towards it) Level 3 minimum Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills The ability to ..... full job details .....
