We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our regulated care services. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC standards, managing staff and operations, and driving continuous improvement across the service. You will be joining a values-led organisation at an exciting time of growth, with the opportunity to shape service delivery and contribute to strategic development., Lead the day-to-day operations of the care service, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred careEnsure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standardsManage recruitment, training, supervision, and performance of care staffOversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding proceduresMonitor budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocationBuild strong relationships with customers, families, professionals, and commissionersRepresent the service during inspections, reviews, and multi-agency meetingsEnsure all communications and documentation are processed via Careberry and other systems
Essential:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)Minimum 2 years'' experience in a care management roleStrong understanding of CQC standards and inspection frameworksProven leadership and team management skillsExperience managing safeguarding and riskExcellent communication and organisational skillsProficiency in care management systems (e.g., Careberry)Commitment to person-centred care and ethical leadership
