Take the lead on our CQC registration process, including the Fit Person Interview.Ensure compliance with all CQC standards and regulations.Oversee and manage care delivery to maintain the highest standards.Recruit, train, and develop care staff.Work closely with directors to shape and grow the service.Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or a relevant healthcare-related degree.At least 1 year of experience in the care sector.Strong understanding of CQC compliance and governance.Excellent leadership and communication skills.We Offer
