The Role As Care Manager / Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and development of the domiciliary care service. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality domiciliary care. Leading, managing and motivating a team of care professionals. Supporting staff development, performance and training. Developing, reviewing and maintaining personalised care plans. Ensuring the service operates in line with CQC regulations and relevant legislation. Monitoring the quality and safety of care being delivered.
