This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £33,930 per annum.In this role, you will oversee a six-bedded home providing personalised support to individuals with complex needs.As a RCM, your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the residential service to ensure it meets organizational and CQC standards. Sense will fund this qualification.Experience of using British Sign Language (BSL) or having a BSL or Makaton qualification is desirable.Experience of supporting people with Challenging Behaviour, Epilepsy or have experience with administering PEG, BNS, Buccolam in a professional/personal capacity is ..... full job details .....
