Registered Care Manager (CQC)

Location: Ash Grove, Northfield, Birmingham (B31)Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term ContractSalary: £44,214.54 per annumHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our CQC-rated Good supported living service at Ash Grove.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated team.The RoleAs the CQC Registered Manager, you will:Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 colleagues.Ensure the service remains compliant with CQC standards and delivers outstanding care.Oversee recruitment, training, supervision and staff development.Manage medication, safeguarding, health and safety, and service quality.Work closely with the Housing Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.About YouYou''ll have:Previous experience managing a CQC-registered service.At least two years'' leadership experience within health or social care.A strong understanding of CQC regulations and medication management.Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.Eligibility to meet the requirements to be a CQC Registered Manager.Desirable:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults).Previous experience as a Registered Manager.An Enhanced DBS is required. ..... full job details .....
