Registered Care Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility specialising in senior care, assisted living, and specialised support for individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of patient care, dementia and Alzheimer''s care, and management of multidisciplinary teams. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive organisational culture. Duties Lead and supervise healthcare staff, including nurses, carers, and support personnel, ensuring effective team management and supervision. Oversee the delivery of patient care, including medication administration, dementia care, hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Manage casework related to senior care, home care services, and specialised support for vulnerable populations or individuals with complex medical needs. Ensure all clinical procedures are performed accurately, including anatomy knowledge application and medical imaging oversight where applicable.
