Registered Care Manager Elderly Care Home, Lanark Full Time - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday + On-Call Salary: 38,500 per annum + 1,000 upon successful Care Inspectorate registrationA small, welcoming 10-bedded elderly care home in Lanark is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the service and ensure the highest standards of care for residents.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has progressed through the ranks from Care Assistant and is ready to take the next step, or an existing manager seeking a rewarding role in a smaller service where they can truly make a real difference.The RoleLead and manage the day-to-day running of the care homeProvide effective leadership and support to the staff teamEnsure compliance with SSSC and Care Inspectorate requirementsOversee care planning and digital care management systemsManage staffing, rotas, training and performanceMaintain high-quality, person-centred care standardsWork closely with residents, families and external professionalsParticipate in on-call responsibilitiesRequirementsExperience progressing from Care Assistant level (preferred)Current or recent management experience within a care home settingExperience managing staff teamsKnowledge of SSSC and Care Inspectorate regulationsExperience using digital care planning systemsPrevious Care Inspectorate registration desirableStrong leadership, organisational and communication skillsAdditional ..... full job details .....
