Registered Care Manager

Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of an established domiciliary care provider who are looking to take on Registered Manager for their Southend branch. They are looking for someone who is responsible for: Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines that govern the provision of care services. Ensure that the organization fully adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, including those set by regulatory bodies such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and others. Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and management to the care, nursing, and office teams, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and support across all departments. Care Planning and Implementation: Develop comprehensive, individualised care plans that address each client''s unique needs. Ensure these care plans are regularly reviewed and updated in collaboration with clients, their families, and relevant healthcare professionals. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to uphold high standards of care. Regularly conduct audits, inspections, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential risks to the health, safety, and well-being of clients and staff.
