We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our extra care scheme at Highwood Mill, Horsham. You will run the scheme day to day, hold the CQC registration for the service, and make sure residents get care that is safe and built around them. What you will be doing: Lead the scheme team, including care coordinators, senior carers and office staff Run the service day to day, covering rotas, care planning, staffing and budget Make sure every resident has a person-centred care plan that reflects their choices and is reviewed regularly Monitor quality through spot checks, medication audits and observations, and act on what they show Recruit, supervise, train and develop your team Report safeguarding concerns without delay and make sure incidents are investigated properly Submit statutory notifications to CQC on time and keep the scheme inspection ready Keep staff files, training records and compliance records complete and up to date Work with commissioners, social workers, health professionals and families Work with your Regional Manager to grow the se...
