Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager or Care Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services. The successful candidate will ensure that clients receive safe, personalised and person-centred care in the comfort of their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing. You will lead and support a team of care professionals, oversee care plans and assessments, monitor quality and safeguarding, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations, Caremark policies and procedures. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and organisational skills, a sound knowledge of home care and a genuine passion for making a positive difference to the lives of clients and their families.
