Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that meets all regulatory and legislative requirements. Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team, promoting a positive and supportive working culture. Maintain full compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance to ensure the home operates efficiently. Build positive relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies. Oversee care planning, risk management, safeguarding, and medication management. Monitor budgets, occupancy, and overall home performance while maintaining excellent standards of care.
