Registered Care Manager

We are now seeking a proven Care Manager to play a key role in leading care quality, compliance, and service delivery. As Care Manager / Clinical Care Manager, you will provide operational and clinical oversight across the service, ensuring care is safe, person-centred, compliant, and consistently delivered to a high standard. You will work closely with senior leadership to: Maintain Outstanding-level CQC standards Provide clinical guidance and leadership to Care Professionals Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance Support service growth while protecting care quality and culture This role suits someone who enjoys leading people, setting standards, and using clinical judgement, rather than constant firefighting.
