Registered Care Home ManagerLocation: Morecambe LA4 4JYSalary: £40,000 per annumVacancy Type: Full-Time, PermanentThe Croft and Malvern House are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager (RMHN, RGN or Health and Social Care Level 5 qualified) to oversee two small care homes in Morecambe.As Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of both services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead and support a committed team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.Your experience working with individuals with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex care requirements will be essential in enhancing residents quality of life and driving service excellence.Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of both care homes, ensuring high standards of care and full regulatory complianceProvide strong leadership, supervision, and support to staff, promoting a positive team cultureDevelop, implement, and review person-centred care plans tailored to individual needsEnsure safe and effective medication management and monitoring of residents health conditionsLead best practice in Mental Health, Learning Disability, Autism, and complex needs careWork collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ..... full job details .....
