The non-negotiables:

• You''re a current or recent Registered Manager in residential elderly care, comfortable with the realities of publicly funded services
• You can show what good looks like: occupancy you''ve held or grown, ratings you''ve maintained or lifted, teams that stayed
• You lead from the floor, know your residents by name, and run a home that is both warm and genuinely well run
