Clinical Registered Care Home ManagerLocation: Bishop s StortfordSalary: £60,000 £65,000 per annumWe are recruiting an experienced and passionate Clinical Registered Care Home Manager to lead a high-quality care service in Bishop s Stortford. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically qualified, NMC-registered professional with a strong understanding of CQC compliance to take full operational responsibility for a well-established care home.The Role:As Registered Manager, you will be accountable for delivering outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring the home operates safely, effectively, and in full compliance with CQC regulations.Key Responsibilities:Overall leadership and day-to-day management of the care homeEnsure compliance with CQC standards, legislation, and best practiceMaintain and continuously improve clinical care qualityLead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary care teamManage recruitment, supervision, appraisals, and staff performanceOversee health and safety, safeguarding, and risk managementManage budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performanceBuild strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external agenciesPrepare for and lead CQC inspectionsEssential Requirements:Proven experience as a Registered Care Home ManagerNMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with clinical backgroundStrong knowledge of CQC regulations and complianceTrack record of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratingsExcellent ..... full job details .....
