Registered Care Home Manager - Winifred Dell Care Home, Brentwood Essex We''re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager ready to take the next step in their career and make a real difference at Winifred Dell Care Home in Brentwood. You would be reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director and supported by a Deputy Manager and a Clinical Manager, as well as the wider team. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is nurse qualified as we grow our nursing offer. Winifred Dell has 76 bedrooms, 22 of which are nursing - all of which feature en-suite wet rooms and are designed to deliver outstanding care in a family-run environment which supports residents to lead exceptional quality of life, offering residential care, residential dementia care, respite care, end-of-life care, nursing care and dementia nursing care. Currently rated ''GOOD'' by CQC.
