Our client has a strong infrastructure in place- with dedicated in-house HR, Finance, and Therapeutic Teams (including a Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Psychologists, and a PBM Specialist Trainer)- ensuring you have the resources and expertise needed to excel.

What You''ll Bring We are looking for an inspiring leader who can: Demonstrate a minimum of three years'' experience as a Registered Manager.

Show a proven track record supporting adults with complex needs.

Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled staff team.

Communicate effectively and adapt to varying situations with professionalism and care.

Maintain a thorough understanding of current legislation and CQC requirements .

Commit to ongoing professional development.
