Registered Building Inspector Class 2F

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Building Inspector (Class 2F) to support the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service. You will ensure compliance with Building Regulations, carry out inspections, and help maintain public safety across a range of residential and complex commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site inspections and plan assessments up to Class 2FEnsure compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislationManage cases involving dangerous structures, demolitions, and unauthorised worksSupport enforcement action where requiredMaintain accurate inspection records and documentationLiaise with contractors, developers, architects, and internal teamsAssist with audits, KPI reporting, and Building Safety Regulator requirementsContribute to service delivery, performance improvements, and team supportRequirementsRegistered Building Inspector (BSR) up to Class 2F (or working towards)Strong experience in Building Control (local authority preferred)Knowledge of dangerous structures, demolition, and enforcement processesExperience across residential and commercial projectsExcellent communication and record-keeping skillsAdditional InfoMust hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicleHybrid working - 3 days on-site ..... full job details .....
