We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a complex care service based in Newtown, Powys. This is an excellent opportunity for an operationally strong manager who understands community complex care, can build trusted relationships with clients and families, and knows how to lead a high-performing team. Previous management experience within adult or paediatric community complex care is essential. The service is already delivering a significant volume of care and is commercially performing well. The priority for the incoming manager will be to strengthen operational delivery, develop client relationships, support the existing team and help drive the next phase of growth.
