Registered Area Manager (Supported Living)

Registered Area Manager - Regional Manager Supported Living for adults with learning disabilities, mental health, complex care. Leicester, Leicestershire. -

We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee a cluster of services for adults with complex needs. You will lead a team of service managers across a range of properties in the Leicester area.-

You will have extensive, proven experience in managing services for adults with complex needs including learning disabilities, autism and mental health. An excellent knowledge of CQC legislation and all aspects of compliance is required.

Your track record will include ensuring excellent levels of care quality and compliance, with a focus on continual improvement and striving for the very best standars of care for yout clients. You will be a compassoinate leader who will support your service managers, empowering and motivating them to instill the same ethos within the teams and fostering a positive culture focused on person centred care, with the clients needs always paramount.-

You will be someone who can quickly build trust with management teams,-and effectively manage relationships with external stakeholders.-

You will have the support of an experienced senior management team, sensible levels of resources and the backing of solid, centralised back-office functions to support with all aspects of running the services - finance, recruitment, HR etc.

There are also realistic opportunities for progression into roles such as Regional Director, and involvement in wider organisational projects.-
