Round-the-clock switchboard support (UK and U.S.) delivering a professional and high-quality experience for new business enquiriesFacilities helpdesk for maintenance and engineering requestsSpace and car park reservationsCatering coordinationDirectory and general enquiriesHousekeeping, vending, stationery, and pest controlSwitchboard and reservations:

We manage internal, external, and international calls, acting as the first voice of the firm for new business enquiries.Our goal: deliver a professional and high-quality experience every time.Facilities helpdesk:

We log and manage facilities and engineering requests through our online system. Our responsibilities include:Prioritising tasks based on urgencyEnsuring completion within service level agreementsSupporting a safe, functional, and efficient workplaceAandO Shearman recognises the value of flexible working and embraces hybrid working, allowing our people to work from home up to 40% of their working time.
