Regional Travel Coordinator Location: Oxford and Surrounding Areas Home-Based with Regional Travel Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm Salary: £25,800 basic + uncapped performance bonus (£40k+ OTE in Year 1) COMPANY CAR, LAPTOP, MOBILE PHONE, DISCOUNTS and OPPORTUNITIES FOR OVERSEAS TRAVEL The Role Do you love travel, meeting people and building genuine relationships? We re working with an established and purpose-led organisation that delivers international travel and personal development programmes for young people around the world. They re looking for a Regional Travel Coordinator to join their team, covering the Oxford and surrounding areas. This is a varied, people-focused role where you ll spend plenty of time out and about, meeting organisations, delivering engaging presentations and helping families and young people understand the opportunities available to them. You don t need to be a traditional salesperson. They re looking for someone who is confident, personable and genuinely enjoys talking to people, with the ability to build trust and bring opportunities to life. What You ll Be Doing Build strong relationships with key contacts across your region and introduce them to the organisation s international programmes. Attend meetings and deliver engaging presentations to groups and stakeholders. Help generate excitement around international travel and the experiences available.
