Regional Transport Manager Network Support Regional 3PL Logistics Northampton Location: Northampton Midlands/Northern Regional Coverage Salary: Competitive Salary + Company Car / Allowance Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday Friday, 40hrs per week The Role We are partnering with a progressive, award-winning logistics company to recruit an experienced Regional Transport Manager (3PL, Warehousing and Transport) to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations on a long-standing, prestigious contract. As the Regional Transport Manager (Network Support), you will have full autonomy over your department, covering day-to-day team and driver management, ensuring HandS compliance, and driving cross-functional collaboration. You will also take ownership of the PandL, with overall responsibility for distribution centres across the Midlands and Northern regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead depot operations, including customer service, policies, procedures, and standards, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall customer experience Collaborate with on-site departments, including operations, commercial teams, and planning, to drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders Demonstrate visible leadership, promoting behaviours that support business objectives and culture Ensure full compliance with HR policies, procedures, and programmes, supporting the recruitment, retention, and development of colleagues Work with internal support teams to ..... full job details .....
