Regional Trainer Education and Professional Services South EastZest Optical is working in partnership with a leading ophthalmic lens manufacturer to recruit an experienced Trainer - Education and Professional Services to cover the South East of England.This is an excellent opportunity for a Dispensing Optician with strong ophthalmic lens knowledge who is passionate about education, training and supporting the development of eye care professionals.Working closely with optical practices throughout the South East, you''ll plan and deliver engaging product, sales and retail training while providing technical and professional support to customers and internal teams.The position combines field-based customer training with professional services, technical support and wider educational projects, making it ideal for someone who enjoys sharing their expertise and building strong relationships across the optical industry.Trainer - Role and ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging product, technical, sales and retail training to optical practices across the South East.Educate eye care professionals on ophthalmic lens products, services and solutions.Work with customers to develop KPIs around sales volumes and product mix.Develop creative training initiatives to improve product knowledge and sales performance.Support the Professional Services Manager with projects, presentations and educational content.Work alongside the field sales team to deliver customer training and account support.Provide ..... full job details .....
