Regional Technical Manager :YorkshireSalary :£65,000 + Company Car Hybrid workingWe are looking for an experienced Regional Technical Manager to lead Applications Engineering and Technical Sales teams across the Northern Region for a leading metalworking solutions business.This is a technical leadership role within CNC metal cutting and manufacturing. The focus is on helping customers improve their machining processes, productivity and tooling solutions - not selling CNC machines themselves.The Role Lead and develop Applications and Technical Sales teams.Support customers across CNC milling, turning, 3/4/5-axis and turn-mill applications.Drive cutting tool trials, process optimisation and productivity improvements.Develop key customer relationships and new business opportunities.Work with cutting tools, work holding, tool management and turnkey solutions.Work closely with sales, engineering, suppliers and key customer stakeholders.Recruit, coach and develop the technical team. What We Need CNC / metal cutting / manufacturing background.Technical sales, applications or engineering management experience.Working with customers on tool trials, machining solutions and engineering projects.Strong knowledge of CNC machining and cutting tools: milling, turning, drilling, threading and tooling systems.Leading, managing or developing technical teams.
