Regional Support Manager

This is a full-time, field-based role working 37.5 hours per week, with regular travel across England, Scotland and Wales, supporting care homes through periods of leadership transition, service improvement and operational change. As a Regional Support Manager, you''ll provide experienced operational leadership to homes requiring additional support, helping to stabilise services, improve quality, strengthen leadership teams and deliver excellent outcomes for residents, colleagues and families. Working closely with Regional Directors, Area Directors and central support teams, you''ll play a vital role in ensuring homes continue to thrive during periods of change. About the role This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for providing hands-on support to care homes during leadership vacancies, improvement programmes, regulatory intervention or organisational transition.
