This is a newly created role. Due to current demands, this region-now has the need for someone to help support the regional team to help them deliver high quality care. You will be tasked with supporting Home Managers and Operations Director with various projects and ensuring that these homes are-maintaining high standards of compliance and operaitonal delivery. The candidate The ideal Regional Support Manager should be someone who has good communciation skills and is open to working in different envirnoments.
